United
Nations (UNIDO) – Conducted leadership workshops for
an international group of key leaders, interpreting assessments and
assisting in development planning.
Johnson
& Johnson (Ortho Diagnostics)
– Assisted business unit leader with developing his team’s
talented individuals. Provided assessment, feedback and coaching to
three key leaders, several of whom were from Europe and the Far East,
helping them to better integrate into the corporate U.S. culture.
AT&T
– Designed and facilitated customized 2-day career and management
development process for senior executives. Modules included career goal
setting and strategy implementation, as well as 360-degree feedback
regarding leadership behaviors.

– Consulted with two directors at the National Energy Technical
Laboratory (Pittsburgh Energy Technology Center) and top management
team, providing leadership development and coaching. Also, assisted
team in strategic planning as business focus changed and in team conflict
resolution.
Berlex Labs – Helped executives,
both German and American, acquire leadership skills in German-owned,
American pharmaceutical business. Coaching experience targeted development
of competencies with a particular emphasis on working in this multi-cultural
