DEVELOPMENT
AND COACHING PHASE
- Complete
written development plan
- Discuss
plan with boss
- Try out
development strategies “on the job” and
get feedback from colleagues
- On-going
coaching, with optional shadowing of participant, up to one year, in
person and/or by phone
- Wrap-up
meeting with participant, coach and boss
REASSESSMENT PHASE (optional)
- Impact/results evaluation, one year or 18 months later 360-degree
feedback and/or interview colleagues
- Compare results with initial assessment
and feedback
