Nancy Russell-Forsythe, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist with over twenty years experience consulting in business, government, education and non-profits.  She assists organizations build competency models; helps teams develop; coaches leaders, managers and professionals; provides career consultation; and gives selection input through assessment and feedback.
