in organization and position
- Use
of battery of career-related assessments, measuring abilities, leadership
competencies, career interests and skills, personality factors and
management style.
VERBAL AND WRITTEN SUMMARY OF FINDINGS PROVIDED TO ORGANIZATION
- Summary analysis emphasizes strengths, fit with culture and
management style, potential developmental areas and further questions
to be addressed
- Provided by telephone or in person shortly after the assessment/interview
process, followed by a written summary.
VERBAL FEEDBACK TO CANDIDATE
- Summary emphasizes strengths and developmental issues, along
with discussion of assessment and interview results
- Provided in person or by telephone, quickly following assessment
and interview process.
